This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Corvid Systems LLP and its affiliates ("Corvid", "we", "our" or "us") on the collection, use and disclosure of your information, including any Personal Information (as below), on Cloud based Gas Level Monitoring software (the "Site") and the services, features, content or applications (including mobile applications) we offer to users of our Site (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and subject to the Corvid Terms of Service, does not apply to information our Subscribers or customers may collect about individuals when using our Site, our Services, or any other functionality, product, or service offered by Corvid.
We may collect and receive information about users of our Site and/or Services ("users", "you" or "your") from various sources, including: (i) through your user account on the Services (your "Account") created by your Employer or your Vendor or yourself; and (ii) your use of the Services. This Site is hosted in Bangalore by Corvid Systems, a company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This Privacy Policy explains our practices for gathering and disseminating information we collect when you visit our Site and associated web pages.

You agree to take due care in protecting your username and Password against misuse by others and promptly notify the Corvid about any misuse. If the Corvid has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of this Site, the Corvid may require you to change your Password or may suspend Your Account without any liability to this Site or to the Corvid.
While we may collect and store IP address information, we do not make that information public. We may at times, however, share this information with our partners and service providers for the purposes and as specified in this Privacy Policy.
